Maybe I didn't make it clear enough. Too many words and pictures.

1.) There is no evidence that there are vast numbers of HOAs who CARE if any noncommercial vehicles are parked in driveways. I found ONE. Trillium.

That was an enormous exaggeration by the OP.

If YOU have evidence that it's true please PROVIDE IT.

2) HOWEVER, in neighborhoods where people DON'T "CARE" you get the above photographic evidence.

2+2 = RUDE

You don't think it's rude to BLOCK SIDEWALKS ("the horror")?

You're right, you don't belong in any sort of community development, then. You'd REALLY hate some of the OTHER bylaws.

Or even a RENTAL APARTMENT COMPLEX where that is prohibited.

Yeah, screw all those kids, dog walkers, people with canes and motorized wheelchairs! Let 'em walk in the streets so TRUCKS can park on the sidewalks.

Please explain your "photographic evidence" which shows a silver pickup and light colored SUV in a driveway where there are NO sidewalks. They're blocking what? This is evidence of what? People parking in their own driveways? Why are you so personally involved in what goes on in areas where you don't even live to the point of taking pictures and being concerned about vehicles that are NOT blocking anything?
