WHY would you want to build with ANYONE in this market? The crews that WERE around to build homes have all scattered and many have other jobs. THINK about who would be building your home now and what kind of quality workmen you might have. Also think about the price for a new home to be built when there are SO many next to new homes on the market at good prices.

Not saying you don't have good points there. I'm waffling back and forth. Did you mention new shopping coming to the midway rd area or was it somewhere else near the torino area..?

Midway is a street that is a major street for a lot of commercial truck going east west from I95 to US1 for commercial use and then some neighborhood areas as you get closer to US#1 The best thing on Midway is the awesome Farmers Market that if you haven't been there...GO! Nelsons Family Farms is just the BEST! Otherwise, I don't see why anyone would build along on that particular location for shopping. No business.

St Luice West Blvd is where all your shopping is for the Torino area- there you will find everything.

Here is a tip (know it's getting off topic but..) Do not be anywhere near St. Lucie West Blvd and I-95 anytime between say 10am and 1pm on Sundays. Church lets out and that area is off the hook.

I think if any shopping is going to be built it will be just south of Tradition. Can't see an industrial area like Midway converting over to an area where retail shops will be. Especially if Tropicana has anything to say about it.
