Is there any website that track how many days it rained portland, or in 2011, 2012, 2013...

National Weather Service - NWS Portland

If you're not from the area be warned that a day of rain might equal an hour in the morning and sun the rest of the day, or a cloudy day where it rained for 10 minutes. So sometimes statistics are very deceiving.

All you ever need to know about the current weather, and the weather history is on Weather Underground site.

Here is the link to what you are looking for:
Weather History for Portland Hillsboro, OR | Weather Underground

But you don't need to go there to get the answer. Take the number of days in the year. Subtract 60 from it. What's left is the number of days it rains in an average year ;-)

Yeah, why bother with actual statistics when you can rely on tired old smart-alecky opinions.

The rain there is different than most places, there will be rainy days there where it is just mist that doesnt get you wet. The rain and cloudy days are much more tolerable than it is in cities that get heavy rain from time to time.
