Yes, both top rated schools, but they are different.

Just saying, if you have kids entering HS then you may want to visit both schools and see if you or they have a preference. Where you choose to live will affect HS attendance. I’m not sure if LO has open attendance or not but it is always nice to be going to school with kids in your neighborhood.
