I guess you could- but why on earth would you want to?
Curious as to your rational.

Yep, with that kind of attitude, I really think you should look elsewhere for your vacation plans. As an added incentive October will be cold, rainy, dray, gray and there will be a howling gale. I hear Arizona and Florida are nice at this time of year.

Sure. Bring rainboots, waterproof jacket, and umbrella. Everything shuts down by 10:00 now. That's if anything is open at all. Masks are strictly enforced and we have been warned things could shut down again. But there must be some way to have fun. The good thing is traffic is lighter than it used to be.

You don't know if you're sick or not until several days after you've already become infectious.

Please, for the love of everyone else, DON'T come here acting like a damn Karen. If you're not going to respect us and our community then go somewhere else.

That's okay. That's called being a sociopath, lacking empathy for your fellow man and your fellow countryman.

As long as you acknowledge that you're being a sociopath, I'll be content.

We still don't want you and your Karen-like attitude here, though. Definitely not welcome.

You should consider staying home for your health and everyone elses. Traveling through airports and on airplanes is risky. Also, when you get to Portland it is not going to be fun. Lots of venues that would otherwise be open, will be closed or have reduced services. Additionally, October weather in Portland is not ideal unless you love overcast drizzly weather (which some people do!)

Portland will be here next year. Wait until then to visit.

If you are itching to get out, consider driving to one of the national or state parks. Bring plenty of water, hand sanitizer and masks. Hike, explore and/or camp. Stay away from people as much as possible and when you encounter someone, wear a mask. Be vigilant about using hand sanitizer and washing hands when you stop for gas or food.

You are free to enjoy your free time, but at the same time be considerate of others and our combined future here on our planet.
