For my son my water broke at about 9pm and I gave birth to him at 6:33am.
For my daughter I woke up at about 9am and I was having contractions. I used the bathroom and had lost my mucus plug. I hung out at home all day, because I was afraid if I went to the hospital they would send me home. We finally went in at about 6:30pm. They gave me an epidural, broke my water, and I gave birth by 9pm.

1st-contractions started around 11pm on thursday night, slept on and off at home thoughout the night, went shorter all morning and was admitted into the hospital at 5pm next day when my contractions were 7 mins apart. Turns out i was 7 cm far along, got my epidural at 8pm and labored throughout the night till 5:30am. Baby heartbeat started to go into distress mode, got taken into OR for emergency C-section. Baby born at 6am the following day. 30 hours of labor in total.

2nd-planned c section. admitted into hospital at 5am, prepped for OR by 7:30am, baby born at 8am.

With my first, my water broke around 5 am, I had pitocin to augment the very mild contractions around noon, and he was born at 8 pm.

With my second, my ob said I was at 4 cm during my 40-week appointment and told me to go to the hospital. I had no contractions and a toddler at home so I ignored his advice, went home, made dinner, and showered before heading in. I was still at 4 and the contractions were visible on the monitor but I didn't feel them. Went to sleep and they were slightly stronger in the morning. Around 8:30 the sac was bulging and my doctor popped it. Hard labor kicked in and she was born at 11:30 am.

First labor pain at 6:15 a.m. and I thought it was indigestion/gas pains for the next hour or so. Birth at 10:45 a.m.

Yeah, I was lucky and it was my first one, too.

First child: Induction one week early, due to preeclampsia. Cervadil administered 5 p.m., Early labor kicked in 2 a.m.-ish, Pitocin/hard labor 5 a.m./8 a.m.-ish, birth 11:34 a.m.

Second child: Planned c-section, baby stuck in breech, failed version. Rolled into OR to begin spinal block at 4:10 p.m., birth at 5 p.m.

I've never had labor spontaneously start, between preeclampsia and a breech baby.

1. Induced at 7am (one week late), at 5pm emergency C-section.
2. Planned C-section due to complications with my first child. My water broke 10 days early at 2:30am and at 6am she was born via C/S.

1st went into labor at 6 am, gave birth at 9:30 am
2nd went into labor around 11:30 pm, gave birth at 1:45 am and would have been sooner if doc had been present
3rd went into labor around 10:00 pm, went to hospital at 11:00 pm and gave birth at 12:30 am.
No pain meds for any of them, they were so fast!
