Possible Pregnancy? (years, women, normal, pregnancy tests)

My(41) GF(34) had tubal ligation 5 years ago and her period is 3 days late. She’s taken 2 (digital)pregnancy tests and both came back negative. She’s normally been very regular. We’re gonna take another test in 2 days, could she be pregnant?

I wouldn't worry. Women can be "very regular" for years and all of a sudden have an irregular cycle. A negative test several days after the period was due, on a woman who had a tubal ligation, is very unlikely to be wrong.
