Seems the West is back into Drought again. Won't this affect the bubbly chat about how great it is here and how high prices are going here? Reality check time?

Not a useful thread. In most of AZ you have to demonstrate 100 years of water availability for a subdivision.

On its face, lack of water means less homes built= higher home prices for those already built, not lower.

What are you even asking?

Isn't it odd...flooding and Alberto on the East coast....with all the 'technology' we have been developing...why can't we get all that excess unneeded water moved to the West where we need it? I think we can. Forget the electric cars bullcrap, and focus on real improvements to our country. We can grow food all year long with no winters to kill it!

We can grow food all year long with no winters to kill it! No...we cant change 'mother nature' like the 'global warmers' tax us to death take over the world plans... but why can't we take advantage of what we are given and redirect the benefits for a more use full purpose

the water can be piped......but then you run into the ones that don't want the pipes going across their "sacred grounds".
Plus the cost would not be practical. And there you have it......same o....same o and nothing changes.

I am curious about the proposed housing tracts in the Prescott areas, or areas around Prescott. If indeed there is a shortage of water then yu'all better be careful your local government doesn't sell you out for a gain in property taxes.
That's what they do in San Diego County................they will do anything for tax money.
