If the Texans play like they've been playing, there's no hope for the Jets. Texans are too balanced offensively ... they're just as good, or even better, than the Niners at running the ball so the Jets can't afford to give up two-fiddy like they did. Texans also have a better passing game than the Niners so, Jets, pick your poison.
Of course, the Jets may choose to unveil their secret weapon.

Thats the thing though. There may be a time in the season when they look at their record and underestimate the opposing team.
It would be good motivation for the Texans cause they play the packers and the Ravens right after.
With Santonio Holmes, the JETS offense was just poor, but now that he is on IR, I think the season is over and maybe we should scrap this team from GM on down. I really can't wait to see who they sign. I will continue to follow them no matter how bad they are. If Tebow is in their plans maybe they should give him a shot. I've liked McElroy for the past couple of years, and he has an NFL type arm. I think they should maybe look at him. Give the defensive guys that were drafted a chance too, maybe you have something, but the way the team is going they could forget about the playoffs until they upgrade the roster.
It could be a trap, Houston hasn't played top teams. I'd be more impressed with their record if they won against Patriots, 49ers, Ravens, etc., the teams they played so far aren't barn burners.

What if the teams you listed did not play top teams, would you downplay their record because of who they are? Because the Texans are new to everyone as one of the better teams, their games do not matter?
Wow, sorry, their games matter. I watch ESPN too much and hear about the same teams over & over, this weekend it is about Manning/Brady and Jets/Texans, not much else.
