^^ This. It has been this way for quite some time now. Even a couple of seasons ago, when they had a good season, I still thought that was the case; I definitely think it now. How do you play in a division with New Orleans and even Carolina with Newton, and expect to win games by outscoring everyone?

Not to mention, I think their Head Coach (name escapes me at the moment) is suspect.
