As a Browns fan, I really hate to hear this. I really like and respect the play of Burrow. Was not looking forward to the future of the AFC North, since I knew this cat was gifted and would make the Bengals a powerhouse as they got more pieces over the next year or two, something the Browns would have to contend with.

I hope he can return next year, because it will be a huge setback to the him to grow as a QB and basically start his "rookie" season over again if he would come back say 2022??

Well, they say that his recovery time can be from 9-12 months based on all his knee injuries. If it's a year, so say he's ready to play end of Nov 2021, it would make sense to sit him for 2021. Then you would hope they can build some support around him for 2022 season. I feel bad for the kid, but football is a tough sport.

I have no ties to Cincinnati but I love watching Joe Burrow play. It’s terrible bad luck that he’s out for so long. He seems like the kind of leader a team would love. Get him a better offensive line before he returns. (I figured out one of the reasons I like him is he looks like my grandson!)

Cincinnati people—please post updates on his surgery and rehab. In NC and the NFL news here is all Panthers.

What a game to see tonight. Bengals had nothing to lose and only their pride to play for. They dominated the first half and held on for the second half to win over Pittsburgh for the first time in years.

I was expecting a lousy game between a top team and a bottom team but it was a dogfight start to end.

I didn't either to bother to watch the game as I was expecting a slaughter of the Bengals by the Steelers. When I turned to ESPN around 11:30 pm I was shocked to see that the Bengals had beat the Steelers. A stunning result nobody in their right mind would have predicted.

Yes, thanks to our southern Ohio friends for beating the Steelers.

Your friends from up North...the Browns!!

Hopefully the Browns can continue to defend Ohio from Pittsburgh next week.

Jamarr Chase claims his preseason drops were due to adjusting to an NFL football and his vision. This makes the decision to pass on Penei Sewell look even worse. The only good thing going for Chase right now is that Sewell’s preseason in Detroit was a stinker as well.

I'm cheering the Bengals on to beat the Bears. Burrow with 3 straight interceptions. Sheesh. But then leads a TD drive.
And now the Bengals get a pick on Fields. And Burrow throws 2 straight TD passes. Fun game to watch! Bengals were down 3-20 & now it's a 3 point game.

The Bengals haven't had a winning season for the last several years but they have been surprising people. What do I call the Bengals going into Baltimore's stadium and beating them 41-17? Well, a thrashing.

Joe Burrow passed for over 400 yards.
