I did read it, and passed right over it, because its nonsense. Devin Hester is a third receiver masquerading as a number one. His job isnt even secure.
Enlighten me with your reasoning please. Has it taken him time to start becoming an NFL receiver? Absolutely especially considering he was just a kick returner and barely a defensive back. However, if you watched any games this year, which I am going to assume you haven't, you would have seen that at least 7 times last season (and that's being very nice as it is probably double that number) Devin Hester was wide open only to have to stop, take away all his momentum, let the defensive back and safety get to him, because the ball was underthrown badly. His breakaway speed is what makes him a main threat and even requires a double team a lot of the time. He had 665 yards receiving even with all of those underthrown balls. Add a few of those as catches with a bette quarterback and we're looking at significantly better numbers.

So, seven underthrown balls were going to "significantly" boost Hesters numbers.

Marshall and Cutler both became full time starters in 2007, and Marshall has been insane since.
I wanted that one back that evening after reading a bit. Ever seen that ESPN commercial where the guy talks out his @ss?

Yeah right.
When we're talking about 35+ yard passes, then yes. The fact of the matter is that if you watch the Bears at all, at least twice a game Devin Hester just takes off. The fact of that matter is that Kyle Orton did not have the arm strength to get him the ball. Fairly simple.

Who is to say Hester would catch the ball? Who is to say the defense wouldnt play him differently if faced with a stronger armed QB?
Matt Ryan wil have a big year at QB and steve slaton at RB too.
