Last Sunday I cleaned the big picture window in the living room. The dog loves to get up on the couch and look out and bark at every little thing. The window already has a heavy coating of dog slime.

I have a cute little portable washing machine that I love that attaches to my kitchen sink, but I have to do the dishes in the sink before I can use it today. Sigh.

I'm trying to decide whether I should go shovel snow again or wait a bit longer. Mrs. NBP is taking a nap so I can do it now and not have her nag me about a heart attack. If I wait that's all I'll hear about and she'll be outside just getting in the way. And nagging me about a heart attack.

Its happened to me several times that I reserved a rental car and when I get to the rental counter they tell me that they don't have a compact, but they'll be happy to give me a full-size instead, like they're doing me a big favor. No thanks! Listen, if I wanted to drive a big, gas-guzzling, hard to park car the size of an aircraft carrier, I would have reserved one in the first place.

I have too much chips for my dip. But if I open a new dip, I'll have too much dip for my chips.

(I saw this on a youtube vid, but I do often find myself in this terrible predicament myself)

I always pick out my clothing the night before, particularly in the work week so I can have a less stressful morning and less AM decisions.

I got dressed this AM with a few minutes to spare to go downstairs to the bus. Then I saw my shirt had a hole in it. A non-repairable one. Not only that, I didn't have any other tunics clean suitable for my leggings.

So I had to find a completely different outfit that I pegged for later in the week (a dress), and barely made the bus to work.

have to go grocery shopping tomorrow. The Kitchen staff is on strike because they are tired of getting minimum wage and they also claim I over charge them for lunch.
