My neighbor across the street gave me a huge ....HUGE bunch of collards and turnip greens. I just cooked the collards from the next door neighbor the other day. I am also out of smoked turkey wings and necks so will have to get more to cook my selection of dried beans. (Yes, I am that southern.) I am grateful to have them but am running out of freezer space - I am going to play possum if someone else knocks on my door with greens!
