The tremble thing can be handled by a medication but you are probably so much better getting so much sex the trembling thing just stops. Try it for a while...Muscle cramps may be dehydration. Yogis are always interesting and few problems....You can handle it solo if you want just to monitor. Is probably just unpleasant bad joke of some kind so got get-em tiger until things are just fine. You can always rely on oral sex for female or toys without a complaint, go see DR after a few time out with problems.

Could pick up the cougar for 'everything else for her' for a while and just explain you have some baggage? Self harm thing worries me, would journal and journal get as emotional as you want and try to deal with the stress this way instead of self harm....May get so yoga or walking/jogging will just balance you. I'M SO SORRY FOR YOUR SUFFERING BUT MANY PEOPLE HAVE GOTTEN PAST THIS KIND OF THING.
