It's always depressed me, but this year more so because I didn't want to give up summer. I leave work at 6, and it will be dark then for the next couple of months. I typically don't get up before 8 AM, so moving that hour to the morning is useless to me. Does the time change depress you?

Obviously whether you like or don't like the time change depends a lot on your schedule.

I love it, because we get up at 6 am. I was so tired of getting up in the dark, when it still looked like the middle of the night. It's much easier for me to wake up in the daylight.

The earlier sunset takes a little getting used to, but is not so bad.

I quite dislike the time changes.
Am a night owl and don't benefit from morning sunshine/daylight,
I only notice that it's suddenly darker & colder earlier, at end of day.

I am not in love with it but it does make me get up earlier and go to bed earlier which I struggle with in summertime.

Not the early sunsets, no. I like the early sunsets and late sunrises. It's the late sunsets of summer that bother me. Bedtime is after sunset but in summer that is just too late so I don't get enough sleep! It throws my body clock.

It bothered me today. The sudden change is typically difficult for me, but I'll be accustomed to it in a few days.

I hate it. I'm in the night owl crowd, so I couldn't care less about extra earlier sunrises, but I sure like having more light at the end of the day. For me the time change signals the coming of the dark and the cold of winter, and it depresses the hell out of me. I slug through until March when it starts getting light and warm again.

I'm an early riser, so the later DST sunrises bother me. When I lived in Arizona, I loved the lack of DST.

Usually by evening I'm too tired to worry about whether the sun is up or not, when I go to sleep is dictated by how long I can stay awake rather than the clock.

Yes, a bit. Have a mild case of SAD, and when it is dark at 5 in the afternoon, do find it depressing. December, November, and January, in that order, are least favorite months. February is when things start to look better.

It bothers me too. I think I have some mild SAD, though its hard to tell because I have mild depression in general. I am more sad in the winter though and hate the cold weather.
