Have you ever witnessed this behavior??? I thought it was a figure of speech, only seen on old cartoons. Picture Donald Duck screaming and hopping off the ground.
That is until I saw two people screaming at one another. The one person while screaming was literally hopping or jumping repeatedly off the ground swaying their arms.
I couldn't believe my eyes!
Hopping Mad! Has anyone else witnessed this behavior??

Other than NFL players who are ranting that the penalty called on them was unjust, unfair, and biased .... uh, no.

Yes, I did once....saw a grown man jump up and down and thrashing his arms.
It was so ridiculous, I almost started laughing...

extremely childish.
