Hi all.....this HAS to be the LOWEST day EVER, since we put our house on the market. We were feeling pretty "up" this morning as we were sprucing up the house for our TWO appointments, and then.........got the first cancellation. While we were sitting in our car, with our 3 animals, 50 minutes into the NEXT appt., we got a call cancelling THAT one too! (Sighing) Hopefully, we've hit BOTTOM, and the next step will be UP, and a SALE!! Thanks for letting us VENT!

Our home up north took about 20-25 viewings before finally selling. Some take less, some take more. Don't get discouraged. It will all work out eventually :-)

Thanks, Harbor......we're hanging in there, and things don't seem quite so bleak this morning, (the day after). It's good to know there are so many people out there to offer support, especially having BEEN thru this process!

I have sooooooo been there! It took 10 months, 1 horrendously low offer and then on Dec 1st while we were deciding between 2 offers and about to sign on 1 we got a 3rd! Where were these people for that 10 months?? Oh and then the next week we had 6 showings that wanted to come through. (All in all I think we had about 40 showings)

It is one of the most frustrating things ever to go through, hopes up, hopes dashed. But those no shows are a killer. One of the offers we got actually was originally a no show. Hers turned out to be the lowest offer, but had she come through as scheduled and made an offer shortly after I would have jumped on it ! Fortunately it took her long enough to come back and then make up her mind that the other offers came in and it saved me $15,000!!!!

Its hard to do but keep the faith, when it happens its kind of like childbirth...you forget the pain for what you end up with!

We were really lucky, listed our house April 1st. Had very few showings. Loaded up the truck to move here on June 9th. At that point people fell out of the sky wanting to see it. On the 10th, before we arrived in our new home here we had 3 offers. So KEEP THE FAITH!
