Did most of the condo developments in Punta Gorda that had chinese drywall get repaired?

Good question, probably one that will be hard to answer since a lot of the construction companies who built the condos and homes between 2000 and 2008 are now out of business. We are considering a condo ourselves and are currently looking at a couple that have questionable drywall that were made in 2004 and 2006 respectively. It will be interesting to hear some feedback on this issue.

Some Yes. Some No. You have to check each one individually before purchasing.

I was looking in Vavanti condos in Punta Gorda right on the harbor. Some units have/had chinese drywall. I wanted to purchase BUT was unsure which unit had it and which didn't. I moved on to be safe.
