Hi everyone! It has been a while but I have been busy working on mission "Move to SWFL!" It is time for me to get some home owners ins. quotes. I know there have been threads about this before but I thought I would ask again and get the most recent info. I have had a hard time finding the contacts for some of the ones recommended on past threads. Home is in PC. Recommendations on who to call for the best rates? Thanks.

Nope, not set up. She is a friend of mine (that I made after I used her for my insurance), and she'll let you know - she knows me. Nothin to worry about. ;-) No set up.

Have done a whole lot of comparison shopping and we've gotten the best rates from Rowley Insurance 941.475.7762. Our agent is lindsey@rowleyins.com.

Not sure if you'll be required to have flood insurance (we are) but those rates are not negotiable so you don't need to comparison shop that part.

My step-daughter is buying another house in Sarasota. She got quotes for $2800 most places and then found this agency that quoted her $1800 for the same insurance. It is not in a flood zone, so that is just homeowner insurance.
