Ok. YOu are our contractor lol. We had a team of Italian builders many years ago who drank from the time they got to the site to the time they left and left me a pile of Cribari bottles instead of Bud cans. They installed my slider backwards but they were so much fun we forgave them. Other than the door, they were really good framers...go figure.

^^ Best finish carpenter I ever knew was a drunk. He did REALLY good work, and stayed sober while on the job, but once it was 5:00 watch out! He actually spent a few nights sleeping in his truck in our driveway while he was working on our house! The next morning he was clear headed and ready to work early! I was amazed at the way he could drink that much and then work that hard and that well the next day.

I started out as a laborer, but once I discovered good beer - I worked my way up to journeyman carpenter, and eventually started successful general contracting business - Go figure.

Now although I drink less (I still enjoy a cold one), my construction days are .....
where'd I put my hammer - I'm thirsty.... ;-)
