Beautiful homes, no comment on the town itself. E-cig shops, tattoo parlors, check cashing and a few taco & pizza joints. Don't forget tire & wheel shops.

At least that's what we've seen. Maybe we missed something?

The exception is the Westin out on the point. It's a beautiful resort and where we often stay when visiting the area. It's also a convenient midway point for our PGI visits and other points along SWFL. The breakfast menu is unbelievable.

and wanted to buy there but ended I port charlotte. now when I go to the cape for work or whatecer I hate the crowd and cant get out fast enough.

I agree.. it seems like from South of Venice to BS Rd. It was ..Do whatever you want and how you want to do it.. There is little to NO Continuity in Development ..There is a reason why it looks that way..
On the Positive side as I learned quickly.. If You Need it? Its on 41!
On or within 2 blocks of 41 is also the only place I ever find any real traffic issues. When you have 160,000 people, who are looking, for everything they want on 10 miles of road? You have confusion
