Want to buy on in the area in a couple of years or so. Looks like I would be there for much of the winter, my wife would want to return to home #1 a few times during the winter. Have 3 daughters in their 20's who all would be newly married and they would like to vacation in my home #2 with and w/o me. They like Venice and Englewood more as they are closer to nice beaches than PG. I like PG a lot and the drive to the beaches north to me are short. Concerned about the lack of privacy and noise of living in a condo or townhouse for a period of a time. Prefer a 3 bedroom (maybe 2) and 2 baths and prefer a newer place. Any suggestions or tidbits on complexes in PG that sounds good? THANKS

Google maps is your friend. Use satellite and street view. There are a handful of nice properties in PGI that look at the harbor. In PGI seems like everything is 10 min away. We looked at a rental in viviente and it was very nice. The grounds are beautiful.
