This was from one of my neighbors. I figured if anyone would know, the great City-Data would know...

"Does anyone know where to buy Duke children's dresses (other than a cheerleading outfit). We have looked online but only found sites with the cheerleading outfit. I have a friend in Richmond hosting a house divided party and is looking for Duke dresses for her girls. Any recommendations would be great."

Thanks in advance!
Matt

I've never seen plain girl's dresses for sale in the Duke Store.

If they don't want to wear a Duke t-shirt with a skirt, they could just buy a pennant and sew it onto the dress of their choice. Duke University Collection of Gifts - Dukeā„¢ Mini Pennant.

What do you mean by a "Duke dress"? One with the Duke logo on it? I'm not sure I've seen one of those for any school. J_Lurk's suggestions might be your neighbor's best options.

I saw a store at Crabtree (lower level) with some NCSU dresses maybe they have Duke since I saw several schools while quickly browsing.

I used to visit Duke stores on campus regularly, I've not seen dresses. They must be made by someone else under license(?). Sorry, can't help except to include the duke stores link :: Duke University Stores - Mail Order ::

You could call Mortex outlet in Wendell. They make lots of Duke stuff and sell it discounted as they are 2nds.

I would try the duck shop on 9th street. They actually tend to have a wider variety of Duke paraphenalia than the Bookstore.
