Hey all - Monday night I almost hit a deer on Bellwood and Cameron (right next to the Cameron Village shopping center) that was running around the stream there. I know there are parks around but this is very close to downtown. Has anyone else seen deer around here? I've lived in the apartments there for the past 2.5years w/o seeing any major wildlife except maybe for the animals at Broughton H.S. that wake me up in the morning

What is up with all these deer? I am in Greensboro and they are everywhere ( places they shouldn't be). I started a thread about deer (in Greensboro thread)a month ago!

This doesn't surprise me too much. Last October, there was a story in the N&O about a deer that jumped off a parking deck on MxDowell Street in downtown. Link. Also, wasn't a deer found in the hole dug for for the Convention Center a few years ago? It seems like I remember hearing that but I can't find the story.
