I was talking to the manager of Rudino's tonight who told me they are going to be offering a gluten free pizza in a couple of weeks. He explained where they would be getting the dough and showed me their information (didn't want to make it in house as the possibility of cross contamination is too high), separate prep area, separate utensils, pans, etc. It will only be available in a 12 inch. I'm happy to hear this is going to be an option at this location.

I wonder if they're getting it from here:

Order Your Gluten-FREE Pizza - Still Riding Pizza

If so, it's the same crust as Mellow Mushroom (of which I wasn't thrilled with).

Gluten-free pizza from Connecticut sold in Holly Springs?

Thank goodness for Lily's!

But good for Rudino's for trying to serve their customers what they can.
