Looking for a house to rent (Raleigh: rentals, townhouse, neighborhoods)

Looking for a 3 bedroom house/apt/townhouse with a 1 car garage in Raleigh (want the following high schools: 1. Broughton HS, 2. Leesville HS or Panther Creek HS). Current lease is up Nov. 30, so will need to move around that time. We have no pets. If you know of a place that may be available please let me know. Try setting up a search on realtor.com You can do the advanced search and pick neighborhoods. You can set it up to get emails any time new rentals are posted that meet your needs. Or you can find a realtor that helps with rentals as well.

Most rentals won't let you sign a lease until 45-30 days from the start date. Keep that in mind as you may find the place you want to rent, but it may be gone before you can sign the lease.
