Does anyone know anything about phase 3 and 4 of beavercreek commons? like when development is suppose to be underway and what is going to be built there? They cleared away the land for phase 4 the same time they cleared the land for phase 2. It just seems like a long time has passed since phase 2 was built and nothing has happened.
