Does anyone know of a place in the Garner, or nearby area that I can turn in my aluminum cans??? I have three bags of them, and I need to cash them in. Any information would be appreciated.

Cash them in? Like a machine that takes them, or an aluminum recycling center?
I am confused. Or do you mean just recycle them?
Do you mean a bottle deposit return? I couldn't find one either...I went into a few places when I first moved down here and everyone looked at me weird...they said we don't have bottle deposits here in NC... I was so embarassed! Long Island there was a 5 cents bottle deposit and then you would have to take the cans/bottles back...I rarely drink soda, but had a few ginger ale bottles to bring back...so I am curious to see if there is a place down here...I since just recycled them...

Hi Liz - I Googled and found this -
T T & E Iron & Metal - Garner, NC (http://www.ncscrapmetal.com/page3.html - broken link)
It says they may the most for aluminum cans
I love recycling aluminum cans for cash. I would take them on a Saturday that was in-between pay days and then buy lunch for us with the money. When my daughter was in the high school band, band boosters use to recycle as a fundraiser. So cool - and helps the environment.
