Rent in Middle Creek area (Graham, Newton: cul-de-sac, for rent, house)

We are interested in renting in the middle creek school area until we find the right house to purchase in the area. Is anyone aware of any homeowners who may be interested in working with us?

I think that there is a house in the White Hart subdivision (in the cul-de-sac next to the pool) that is up for rent. You can see the "For Rent" sign as you pass the house on Ten-Ten, right before you get to Graham Newton.
