I have a covered deck, which was apparently a DIY effort by the original owner of the house several years ago. The problem is that within the past few months, I have noticed the underside of the deck's ceiling in several places (including one long streak running all the way back to where it connects to the house) becoming increasingly dark from moisture collection. It was especially noticeable after the recent snow. This has me concerned about the ceiling weakening enough to collapse eventually, so I want to take care of this sooner rather than later.

Can anyone provide recommendations on people/companies to evaluate and fix this problem (either in the thread or via DM)? I'm not sure of the expected price ranges, but coming right after the Christmas holidays, I would really appreciate recommendations that provide a good price value, in addition to good work. Also, I'm located in Johnston County.
