What "area" do you mean (more specific than The Triangle)?

El Centro Hispano is located in Durham and could, I'm sure, direct you to such places, but you don't say where you are.

Tabernacle of the Living God is a Spanish-speaking church that is fairly multi-cultural (they have a number of Africans and islanders in addition to Latin-Americans)

They meet at 3pm at

Connections
1280 Buck Jones Rd
Raleigh 27606

Unfortunately they do not have a website.

Not sure what type of services you're looking for, but Church World Service has a Durham office that assists recent immigrants, and they may have good recommendations in terms of local community centers and/or churches.

St. Raphael's in North Raleigh and the
Catholic church downtown Raleigh (can't remember the name right now) both have significant latino communities.

Sacred Heart is the downtown Raleigh parish...you can also check the parish nearest you -- many have a Spanish Mass and/or outreach/active ministry.
