I am looking for an attorney who can set up a child's trust for a reasonable cost. If you have done this and liked your attorney, please send their information over my way! Thanks very much.

I highly recommend Dan Brady Raleigh Estate Planning and Probate Lawyers, Wake County Coporate Business Law, NC Taxation Attorneys, North Carolina Personal Injury Law Firm -- he specializes in probate and estate matters and did a great job for us setting up our Trusts. He's extremely knowledgeable about tax issues, etc.

Just to give you an idea of the cost you should be expecting, a reasonable fee to set up a child's trust is about $350. Anything significantly higher than $350 is too much (unless you have an extremely complex and rare circumstance).
