Beautiful custom built homes on large lots and next door to a Town of Cary park. It is far from amenties but accessibility should improve with 540, unless its going to be in your backyard. Unfortunately, lot of nice neighborhoods in that area are going to be impacted by 540. You should also consider looking further West towards Kildaire and Ten Ten or Penny Rd, which is far away from 540 but within a mile to the nearest exit.
I also agree with another post about some of the Moms I have met there., as in "we went Skiing in Utah, going to Hawaii after" and their $300 Hair treatments, blah blah blah blah. It would not bother me personally, but may be an annoyance if you are new to the area and want to meet people.

Thank you for the thoughts on this. We are in a VERY down-to-earth n-hood right now. We love the people but just need more space because we have 4 kids. Where we live now all of the kids play together, so I'd love to find a similar situation, just with bigger homes. We're also considering the Traditions at Bella Casa.

Thanks again for all of the input. If there are any other opinions, please let me know!

A neighborhood with an entry point in the high $400s is going to attract a higher percentage of "conspicuous consumption" oriented households than one with an entry point of the low $300s.
