My husband and I just put in an offer on a 20+ year old house in Cary. It was purchased by a group of investors and flipped, so they don't really know the history of the house. We need to find a really fantastic home inspector and termite inspector in the Triangle who's attentive to details. Thanks in advance!
i cannot recall the name of the home inspector we used at the recommendation of our realtor, but i can vouch for termite inspections done by smith exterminating. i had a friend who used to work for them & i also worked for several years on closings that used them rather often for termite inspections & contracts. we also discovered termites last year & contracted with them & have personally been pleased with their level of service & knowledge.

Swift Creek and Custom Termite are very good. I would stay away from anyone who drives around with a bug on their car or advertises nationally!
