Really, any side of town is fine. If it's open on Saturdays, then I have extra time to drive! I could even do Durham if there's a whiz-bang PT there. However, something closer to North Raleigh would be ideal. Like the Falls of the Neuse area.
Dunn Physical Therapy in Cary has Saturday morning hours. Have used them off & on for years for various problems (5 knee surgeries, lower back, etc.).
