Except that Chipotle has been a high flying Wall Street darling going from $39 to nearly $390 per share over the past 3 years so however bad you feel the food is and unsanitary the facility is more and more people flock to these restaurants.
Since they have grown so fast they have opened stores that have not produced the expected margins at that store. Maybe this location was one of them.
Chains can have disgusting franchises even if overall they're fine.
Ok Cary folks...take a deep breath. You can stay in Cary now. No need to sell your homes to move to Raleigh!

(I've never been to Chipotle, but I am a bit suprised by the amount of hype this is getting, even if a false alarm. For a place that you can go another five miles, or ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE COUNTRY to get your fill. It's not like some really killer, one-of-a-kind place is going away....)
