Does anybody have any good vet/kennel recommendations in the NE Raleigh/Wake Forest/Rolesville area?

We live off of 401 just north of Mitchell Mill and would like to find a vet/boarding facility close by.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I like Heritage Paws at Play.

My dog has stayed there numerous times and never comes back stressed or with any problems. They have a vet as well. My pup, is very healthy so we've never had to use them for big stuff, but we do use them for prevenative care and shots.

Thing is, they are not the cheapest for either vet care or boarding....I think it's very worth it for the boarding, but if I had multiple pets or pets with health care issues, I'd probably look around for vet care.

I have heard from several sources that the Log Cabin on 401 - towards Louisburg - is THE place to stay. I intend to visit it to see for myself, but the reports are all glowing.
