I have searched on the Preserve at Jordan Lake neighborhood and did not find alot of results. Does anyone have any experiences, information or opinions on the neighborhood? We are looking to relocate and found some homes in there that seemed a good value compared to some in Apex, Cary, and Chapel Hill. It seemed to be zoned for the higher rated N. Chatham Schools so that doesn't appear a large issue.

I have to say I was not impressed with the homes or homesites I saw at the Preserve. In general, the homes did not show as well as the ones in Brier Creek, Preston or the other golf communities. It was disappointing for that price range. I found the distance to be a factor as well (far from RTP).

Thanks for the info, I did not look at any in Brier Creek or Preston, what is the price range of homes there?

I believe Brier Creek has single family houses in the 400k-2m. Preston is similarly priced, maybe upper 300k to 3m.
