Does anyone have a list of all of the homebuilders in the Raleigh-Durham area along with how many homes they build per year?

I dunno that number built is the very best indication of quality, though.

It definitely has NO indication of quality.

Of course, a tract builder is going to be at the top of how many homes built per year.

But let's just take custom builders...

Some are content to build 12 a year and are very hands on. Some build 24 a year and are at the home site off and on. Does that make one better than the other? I don't think so.

Two of my favorites...Dennis Rice and Dickerson. I haven't checked but I'm going to guess that Dennis builds less homes per year than Dickerson but the quality of both is top of the line!
