all kidding aside...so glad thats over! It is tough keeping a picture perfect house 24/7 with 3 kids lol. It was getting worrisome creeping into November and the holidays. Wish I would of put it on the market a month sooner.
Congrats and we know the feeling. Did you use a selling agent? We just used Craig's list and we sold in about 25 days.

My mom owns a small real estate company so we had the benefit of listing for free.
Thanks Mom!

Congrats Dave! Enjoy your new home.

We have been in the house you inspected for us for about two weeks now. Not quite unpacked yet but it feels good to be "home".

I'm thinking that selling a home owned by a home inspector has to be a selling point

I bought a house in Bedford this weekend. It had been on the market for 2 weeks. But I looked at a LOT of houses and some had been on the market for a really long time. The one I got had a great location, was in perfect condition, and was priced right. I was shocked with the number of places that just smelled bad, they wouldn't attract a buyer in any market. There is a lot of inventory but I didn't see that many places I really liked that much.
