all kidding aside...so glad thats over! It is tough keeping a picture perfect house 24/7 with 3 kids lol. It was getting worrisome creeping into November and the holidays. Wish I would of put it on the market a month sooner.
Congrats and we know the feeling. Did you use a selling agent? We just used Craig's list and we sold in about 25 days.
I bought a house in Bedford this weekend. It had been on the market for 2 weeks. But I looked at a LOT of houses and some had been on the market for a really long time. The one I got had a great location, was in perfect condition, and was priced right. I was shocked with the number of places that just smelled bad, they wouldn't attract a buyer in any market. There is a lot of inventory but I didn't see that many places I really liked that much.
