They are more than $7, but well worth it. Totally off memory (I'm sure you can google their menu), but I want to say it's either $11 or $14 for a whole chicken, with two family sized sides. That puts it at just over KFC pricing for a bucket.

They really are good. Worth an occasional splurge, if that is above the budget. (I totally respect a budget)

I don't know why, but I think it's funny they charge an extra buck in Raleigh.

You can buy just the chicken without the sides. I forget how much that is (and if I'm going to Mami Nora's you better believe I'm getting some maduros and beans with my chicken).

I didn't know Mami Nora's charged an extra buck in Raleigh! Wonder why - they just raised the price earlier this year. Would have thought it would apply to both locations but the website doesn't reflect it. Still worth it though. My mouth waters every time I even drive by and get a whiff of that delectable smell.

Can't decide if I like the maduros (Sweet plantains) or tostones (fried green plantains) better. The fresh tostones are perfect! Their chicken soup is also delicious - I often get a quart (about $9) to go in the winter.

Mami Noras!!!! I got a great coupon of restaurant.com for there a while back. Got the whole chicken meal with sides for under 5 dollars after coupon that i paid 2 or 3 for. Did not see it today online but maybe they will bring back.

Stopped in at Mami Noras today for the first time. It was DELICIOUS! Definitely worth going back to!

Rotisserie chicken can taste similar yet different and can still be great, right? I say that because it was somewhat different than what I get from Harris Teeter or Sam's or Earth Fare. But I liked it!

I make a "sticky chicken" in the oven that beats them all! Cooks at 250 degrees for 5 hours and is as moist as any chicken I've had! It tastes very similar to rotisserie chicken.
