We are a Fortune 500 but a similar story here. We were a traditional BB BES only environment until the iPhone was launched. Now we support a range of Android, BB and iPhones. In our corporate environment we have support for a few additional apps on the BB only, but that hasn't stopped the mass exodus to other devices.
My guess is that BB is following Nortel into a death spiral.
