EDIT: I just looked at their website. Call me a pessimist, but I can't see this place succeeding. Just looks like another "chain BBQ joint". NC is very serious about their BBQ. "NC Pulled Pork" is an afterthought on their menu, and needs 'splaining. That is not a good sign.
Hope I'm wrong though, it's right around the corner from my place. Cautiously hopeful that it will serve some decent food.

Well, I will give them a bit of a pass for explaining NC Pulled Pork, since they are serving it in Ohio after all.
Doesn't look too crazy or anything, but I am not ready to ride them out on a rail just yet. On the other hand, if you like most of what they have on the menu, I would recommend Smokey's Shack on Chapel Hill Road in Morrisville.

agreed, and at least they didn't go on to explain how the rich tomato based sauce was somehow "good". :-0
Like I said, I hope they do well. It just seems like a tough sell.
