Builder for Cotton Place in Morrisville? (home, location, town)

Would anyone happen to know the builder for the home development in morrisville on aviation pkwy called Cotton Place? Through talking to the lady at Preston Dev I know it won't be any of the developers they used at their Kitts Creek location. I also was able to rule out Standard Pacific. Any ideas?

Supposedly they can't share the builder until they get certain things approved through the town of morrisville planning department.
