Update--we found work from home jobs and an apartment in the new bradford apartments at the corner of high house and davis. We will move in October/november with my son attending weatherstone elementary. Any recommendations for preschool/daycare for my little one?

Can't help you with any recommendations but I wanted to wish you the best of luck. Remember to adjust your expectations in terms of how long it will take before you feel settled and connected. And exploit the heck out of the fact that you have school age children who will plow a path for all sorts of new friendships.

Done right this will prove to be an awesome place to live.

Do you want half day or full? How old is your daughter?

There are many programs near Bradford. Kids are Kids at Cary Towne Center is close and good. Also nearby are a Primrose on 55, Discovery center in Morrisville as well as another Kids R Kids and a Goddard School. There is also a Bright Horizons in the shopping center behind Cornerstone Apts.

I just moved here a week ago from indiana. We temporarily live in a townhouse near morrisville carpenter rd and Davis dr while we look for a house to buy. I have a son that just turned 5 and a daughter that just turned 2. Both my kids are at the Discovery Center preschool and we love it so far! My son is in a transitional kindergarden program 5 days a week and my daughter goes twice a week. Our second choice was the Grove School.

GizmoGirlNY, The Grove School is another option that I believe offers full day.
