I'm looking for an additional way to contact North Raleigh Redhawks Rugby. I have previously submitted an inquiry through their contact page as well as email them directly, but received no replies. I'm reaching out to anyone who has suggestions or experience with them. Any help is appreciated.
Herd33, If you can't reach North Raleigh, there is also a youth team in Clayton that uses the Raleigh RFC facility for practices and games. You can find them at claytonrugby.com. Clayton has the largest youth club in the area. Teams in three different age groups. Always more room for players.
Shanti, there are rugby teams all over the area... men, women, college, high school, and youth. It's spreading fast. Does your husband play? If so, we are putting together a social rugby club in Clayton for guys that still want to play a little bit, but don't have the time to play full time anymore.
I will let him know that. He is currently on a football (soccer) league here in FL and looking to find one around Raleigh for him and our four year old son as well.
I knows that rugby teams come and go around here--I used to practice with one that is now defunct, though I wouldn't be surprised if nobody ever took down their web page.
There is a team in Durham that is still quite active. "Eno River" something.
That said, I've never heard of a rugby team that takes 4-YOs!

We are looking for football (soccer) for our four year old. He has been playing since he was two.

You'll love CASL once you're ready for him to play. It's a nationally recognized organization that provides excellent options for children of all ages. You could probably even get him signed up for the Spring 2014 season if you want to.
Thank you--I was eventually able to make contact back in January and my son was able to play. He absolutely loves it. He's playing again this year--It's been a great experience.
