My husband and I were talking about hummingbirds this morning. In past years we have enjoyed reading this thread in the spring as more and more are sighted. Have you seen any yet?

Yup, they've been showing up at our flowers in the past week.

Yes! We saw them flitting around the yard last week and put out the feeder. There are a couple of visitors already.

Yes, oddly enough ours were earlier than usual this year. Get those feeders out!

I just saw one visiting my scarlet honeysuckle vine a few minutes ago. Glad they are back.

We've had them steady since last weekend. We have three feeders out now--two are almost empty and one is about half gone. Time to re-fill!

This is a great website to get an idea of when to expect to see them in the area. Past year data is especially helpful.

I've tracked Hummingbird arrival at my place near Falls Lake for the last 15 years. Typically they arrive between the 3rd of April and 15th of April. Last year they were very late at my house-end of April. This year they showed up on the 15th.
