Seeing that CenturyLink is not in all subdivision they will have limited customers, we have Windstream and I know parts of Heritage as well, RST will be running there own cables so they are only limited to how fast they can install, I think in the end they will come out on top, I did not renew my TWC promo rate because RST is coming.

Any updates regarding RST? They said in 2014 that they will be activating their network in the Raleigh area. The used to have a facebook page, but now, it's gone???

RST Fiber submits fiber plans to Wake Forest - Triangle Business Journal more from them, maybe they will do something.

Still not here

What really grinds my gears with these higher and higher download speeds is that nobody bothers to bump upload speeds. Like TWC, you can get 30 or even 50 Mbps but upload stays at 5 tops.
