We’ve loved living the Triangle over the past 8 years, but our current home no longer suits our needs. So, we are looking to move! I have been dragging my feet as moving is so stressful. How did we accumulate so much stuff?
Recommendations (DM) for a realtor who is very knowledgable regarding homes in the $600k to 700k range would be immensely helpful. I haven’t been impressed with the ones that we’ve interviewed thus far—scare tactics and over-the-top pressure.
We are focused on the neighborhoods in Cary around SAS, West Cary, and possibly Chapel Hill. My ideal home, (today at least) would be a resale in Weycroft. On the other hand, we very much like neighborhoods such as Wessex as they have larger lots and mature landscaping.
